The location and facilities. Lots of place to gather for family activities

Check in time is at 3, we booked 5 studios, but only got 1 room at 4.30pm. Others are still not ready until another half and hour.Waited for breakfast at 8.30am, not ready yet until after 9am on the first day we were there. The second morning we dont bother to wait so not sure if they improved

place wsa nice...room near to parking which make travelling with old parents very easy

cleaning and facilities need improve and manage ,game room didn't manage so that the facilities and game broken

We like the club for the game, n the swimming pool

All the stuff in the club, pool table, pingpong table is old and broken, not maintaing the stuff, our room also got mold on the wall

The space of the room is big

But our toilet is so smelly, the toilet flush the shit with the same piping for the water coming out from the toilet floor, so when u flush the shit from the toilet bowl, the shit come out to the hole....ueeewwww....so sick our stay for 2 days and no room left for us to change the room..also no discount...we paid fully amount for the room but we didn't get the pleasure... I'm so sorry for my family for having this situation.

Clean and big room, comfortable enough for my family. Kids love playing at the swimming pool

Some of the amenities listed was not in the room.E.g iron, mini frigde. Club house/gave room need maintenance.

The calmness of nature.

Cleanliness is quite disappointing. Facilities are not well maintained. No internet connection. No privacy (can hear other rooms’ noise). Poor breakfast.

Expensive, but low quality breakfast & dinner.

The staff were really friendly and attended to all our requests and needs. The room we got was also really clean and kept well, bathrooms were clean. Bbq facilities were adequate too. Wish we booked another night. P.S. shower head had amazing water pressure

Very nice calming place... everything was nice.. spacious rooms..should have improved the matters only...it's hard as rock!!!!,all rooms and hall have aircond.... overall good ?

Terrible Experience at Lilla Hilltop Retreat Janda Baik – Avoid at All Costs!We booked a 5-day stay at Lilla Hilltop Retreat through Booking.com, but due to several issues, we decided to check out on the third day. Here are the reasons why we had such a disappointing experience:1. Hidden Costs & Poor Dispute ResolutionThe Booking.com listing did not disclose additional charges. When we raised the issue, we were met with a tedious dispute process requiring excessive documentation, seemingly designed to make customers give up.2. False Advertising of High-Speed InternetThe Wi-Fi was unreliable and frequently disconnected. Even using Malaysia’s 4G/5G network was problematic, making it impossible to stay connected.3. Infestation of Flies, Ants, and InsectsThe rooms were overrun with flies, ants, and insects, making our stay uncomfortable and unhygienic.4. Unbearable Noise from Upstairs GuestsThe echoing footsteps from the guests upstairs were extremely loud, disturbing both day and night. My 90-year-old mother fell sick due to the lack of peaceful sleep, which was a key reason we checked out early despite reporting the issue to the property management.5. Limited Food Options & No Nearby AlternativesThe property only serves dinner with just three meal choices. They do not offer lunch. We attempted to order food via Grab multiple times, but all were canceled due to no available drivers. FoodPanda is also not available in this area, leaving us stranded with no dining options.6. Filthy Toilets on Check-InUpon arrival, we were appalled by the state of the toilet – it was one of the dirtiest we’ve ever encountered. (See attached photos if applicable.)7. Non-Functioning TV Throughout the StayThe TV was already broken when we checked in. Despite notifying the staff, they never fixed it, and we had to endure the entire stay without a working TV.Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish.

The location and Nature surrounding the property. Surrounded by jungle the vibe is calming.

The water heater in the bath need to be replaced.

the rooms, toilets not as clean as expected and partly due to the buildings are getting old

We accidentally heard the staffs talked bad behind us about us requesting to exchange one room with the bbq set (take not that we are exchanging the room cuz the room smells like pee, so neither of us could stand staying in that room)

the chalet is convenient for our family. requested for chalet near by the main road as my mum also with us. breakfast was ok, not lavish but just nice, suitable with the price. swimming pool quite deep, just make sure guardians always monitoring the kids if they using the adult pool, kid's pool also available.

1. Road to the resort need upgrading2. Chalet's floor need upgrading...when you walk on it it's like the floor will collapse any minute with the noise3. Should provide the chalets with simple cooking facilities or allow the guests to cook as resort's cafe provide limited choices of food and not open 24 hours. And restaurants are far from the resort4. I was surprised to find out that the credit card used to block certain amount for the chalets fee still hadn't paid even though I made the booking months ago. Please allowed payment beforehand as it will make our holiday in peace nxt time5. Took so long to checked-in...please provide proper registration desk/counter nxt time

Highly disappointment, check in 6pm and we waiting since 2pm 4 hour waiting at lobby, once check in the room is smell really bad we need to open all window, feel like we chose the wrong place.

Swimming pool is good. Room is super clean but too bare. Be careful with TV stand, if your kids terlanggar skit it will fall down.

The road before entering the main entrance is superbad. Should rectify it. The amenities of flying fox not available because of safety reason. but then it quite dissappoint us since it was one of the criteria choosing the resort. The snooker room not always open. The excuse was the room is being clean up and will open on 3pm. I need to check out before12 :(. The kids very dissappointed.

All room and living room have air conditioners

- no parking at all,Have to walk hill to go to room-bathroom no functioning, have to wait maintenance come n repair-air conditioning also not working, have to wait maintenance- pool is dirty, not clean , have bug and leaf everywhere also in the pool , stair pool also broken so hard to climb up -order food but not satisfied, expensive but no taste at all , not worth with price.
